Real Training. Real Confidence. Real Safety.

Anyone can hand you a certificate in an hour or two. But when you're responsible for carrying a firearm, you need more than a piece of paper—you need genuine knowledge, practical skills, and the confidence that comes from proper training. That's what you'll get at J Flo Firearms.

Learn from Three Decades of Experience

Instructor Josh Florell brings 30 years of law enforcement expertise to every class—5 years with the Minneapolis Police Department and 25 years as a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Senior Special Agent. He led the state's SWAT team and trained new recruits at Rasmussen College. Now, he's dedicated to ensuring everyday Minnesotans have the same level of safety training and legal knowledge that law enforcement professionals receive.

What Makes This Training Different

You'll leave knowing not just that you can carry, but how to carry safely and responsibly. Never touched a firearm before? That's okay. This class is designed with beginners in mind.
